Boys Varsity Swimming vs. Quakertown Community Senior HS School

The boys swimming team had an exciting meet last night against Quakertown. Missing junior Jon Corrozza and Simon Schiller, the meet came down to the final 400 Freestyle Relay. Sophmores Connor Laux, Matt Chung and Nick Kang along with Senior Mike Cardiamone and secured a dominating lead takin first, followed by a second place finish from the Trojans as well. The 1-2 finish secured the win for Wissahickon who trailed Quakertown by 1 point going into the final event. Junior Daniel Berring played an important role in this win taking first in the 100 breaststroke and anchoring the 2nd place 400 freestyle relay. Final score- 89-80, Wissahickon.
